Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using axopedia by Aetherisz, you agree to these Terms of Use. They cover the axopedia encyclopedia and the AXO.1, AXO.2 and AXO models. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secret.
• Activity performed with your credentials is treated as your activity.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, hateful, or deceptive use.
• No attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass rate limits and security controls.
• No automated resale of Aetherisz output as a competing model service.
• No use that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

Open Knowledge Sources & Attribution

• axopedia retrieves content live from Wikimedia projects including Wikipedia, Wikidata, Wikimedia Commons, Wikinews, Wiktionary, Wikibooks, Wikisource, Wikiquote, Wikivoyage and Wikispecies.
• That content remains the property of its original authors and is made available under the licences of the respective projects (generally CC BY-SA and CC0).
• Every axopedia answer includes source links. You must keep attribution intact when you reuse the content.
• Aetherisz does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party encyclopedia content.

Free Usage Limits

• axopedia API keys are free and rate limited: 100 requests per day for newly signed-up accounts and 200 requests per day for verified signed-in accounts.
• A burst limit of 100 requests per minute applies to all axopedia keys.
• There is no credit billing and no time-based expiry on axopedia keys.
• Abuse, scraping at scale, or attempts to bypass limits may result in key revocation.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep the service online but provide it on an "as available" basis. Features may change, and we may suspend access to protect the platform or its users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aetherisz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
