Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects users, the public and the Services. It applies to all Aetherisz Services and forms part of the Terms of Service.

Do not use the Services for any illegal purpose, to commit or facilitate fraud, money laundering, phishing, or deceptive practices.

Do not impersonate any person or organisation, or harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or promote violence or hatred against others.

Do not access accounts, systems or data without authorisation, harvest credentials, or share API Keys you are not entitled to use.

Do not distribute malware, run denial-of-service attacks, probe or scan systems without authorisation, or interfere with the Services.

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, create accounts automatically, or use bots to scrape, flood or game the Services.

Do not attempt to circumvent Aetherisz+ verification, rate limits, credit metering, content safeguards or access controls.

Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights, or collect, publish or process others' personal information without a lawful basis.

Do not exceed documented limits, disguise traffic origin, resell access without permission, or use APIs to build competing services by extraction.

Do not use AI features to generate content that sexualises minors, facilitates weapons or serious harm, deceives people about AI involvement in a harmful way, or violates the AI Safety Guidelines.

Nothing in this policy prevents lawful security research or responsible vulnerability reporting when conducted under applicable law and Aetherisz's security rules.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report to authorities where required. Enforcement is proportionate to severity and history. You may contact support to appeal.
