1.There Are No Subscriptions

Aetherisz does not currently sell subscriptions, so there is no recurring charge to cancel and nothing renews automatically.

2.Before a Payment Completes

You can cancel a credit purchase at any time before you confirm payment on the payment page. If you close the payment page, no charge is made.

3.After a Payment Completes

A completed purchase cannot be cancelled in the usual sense. If you no longer want the Credits, submit a refund request; it will be reviewed under the Credits Refund Policy.

4.Stopping Use

You can stop using paid features at any time, revoke API keys from your dashboard, or close your account under the Data Deletion & Account Closure policy.

5.If Subscriptions Are Introduced

If subscriptions are offered in the future, the renewal and cancellation terms will be published here before any subscription is sold.

Request a refund

Aetherisz sells prepaid Credits, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. If a completed purchase went wrong, ask for a refund review. Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not automatic.
