Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aetheris handles personal information when you use Aetherisz Services. We collect information needed to provide, secure and improve the Services — we do not claim to collect nothing. Your rights may vary depending on applicable law and your location.

We collect information you provide, information created when you use the Services, and limited information from providers that help us run them. The categories below describe what that includes.

Name, email address, messages to support, contact form submissions, feedback, and any Content you choose to submit.

Identifiers from our authentication provider (such as a user ID, email and sign-in method), profile details, account status, wallet balance, API Key metadata (keys are stored in hashed form), and preferences.

IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP, and request timestamps. Aetherisz+ processes interaction signals (such as pointer movement timing during verification) to distinguish people from automated traffic; these are evaluated for risk scoring and not used for advertising.

Pages and features used, API calls, model selected, token counts, credit usage, errors and performance data.

Queries you submit to search or encyclopedia features are processed to return results and may be logged for abuse prevention, debugging and aggregated improvement.

Prompts, files and Outputs submitted to AI features are transmitted to the model provider handling your request. We may keep request metadata for billing and security. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless a feature is designed for it.

Files you upload are stored and processed to provide the feature you requested and are subject to the retention periods described below.

We use necessary cookies and local storage for sign-in, security and preferences, and optional cookies for analytics only with your consent. See the Cookie Policy to manage choices.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive transaction references, amounts, status and limited billing details; we do not store full card numbers.

To provide and operate the Services; authenticate you; process payments and usage billing; respond to support requests; send service and security messages; and comply with law.

We analyse aggregated or de-identified usage to fix bugs and improve features. We do not sell your personal information.

We use information to detect bots, abuse, fraud, credential attacks and policy violations, including through Aetherisz+ risk scoring and rate limiting.

We send transactional messages (account, billing, low-balance and security alerts). Optional updates can be turned off; essential service messages cannot while your Account is active.

We may process and disclose information where required by law, legal process or a valid government request, or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Services.

We share information only with service providers acting for us, with providers you choose to use, where required by law, or in connection with a business transfer subject to equivalent protections.

Providers process information on our instructions to deliver the Services. The Third-Party Services page lists current provider categories and names.

AI requests are routed to model providers that process inputs and generate Output under their own terms and data practices.

Our hosting and database providers store and process data needed to run the Services.

Analytics providers receive usage data only if you allow analytics cookies.

Payment providers process payment details under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

Links to other websites are governed by those websites' privacy practices.

Some providers may process data outside India. Where applicable, we rely on contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described, then delete or de-identify it. See the Data Retention Policy for typical periods.

You can request deletion of your personal information. Some records may be retained where the law requires or where needed for security, fraud prevention or accounting.

When you close your Account we stop using your data to provide the Services and begin deletion as described in the Data Deletion & Account Closure policy.

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or withdraw consent. See Your Privacy Rights. Your rights may vary depending on applicable law and your location.

We use encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Services are not directed to children below the age at which parental consent is required under applicable law. If we learn we have collected such information without required consent, we will delete it.
