1.Scope

These terms apply when you use Aetherisz APIs, SDKs, Aetherisz+ verification endpoints or developer documentation.

2.API Keys

API Keys are secret, shown only once at creation, and stored by us in hashed form. You are responsible for all usage under your keys. Revoke compromised keys immediately from your dashboard.

3.Rate Limits and Quotas

Requests are rate limited by tier and may be refused with HTTP 429 when limits are exceeded. Do not attempt to evade limits.

4.Metered Billing

Paid API usage is deducted from your Credit balance based on the model and tokens used. Requests may fail when your balance is insufficient.

5.Model Availability

Models may be added, changed, deprecated or marked coming soon. ALPHA and other listed models are available only when shown as live.

6.Attribution and Branding

Do not present your application as an official Aetherisz product or misrepresent your relationship with us.

7.Suspension

We may revoke keys or suspend API access for abuse, security risk, non-payment or breach of these terms.
