1.No Availability Guarantee

Aetherisz does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent availability of any feature or third-party integration, specific AI model availability, specific search results, or specific response times.

2.Causes of Interruption

Planned maintenance, outages, security incidents, provider outages and technical failures may temporarily affect services.

3.Planned Maintenance

We try to schedule maintenance at low-traffic times and give notice for significant work where practical.

4.Paid Services

If a paid Service is unavailable for a significant period, you may request a review under the Credits Refund Policy.
