1.Principle

We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security.

2.Account Data

Kept while your Account is active and deleted or de-identified after closure, subject to the exceptions below.

3.Billing and Transaction Records

Kept for the period required by tax and accounting laws.

4.Security and Verification Logs

Aetherisz+ events, challenge records and rate-limit data are kept for limited periods needed to detect abuse, then deleted automatically.

5.Support Messages

Kept as long as needed to resolve your request and handle follow-up.

6.Backups

Deleted data may remain in backups until those backups expire on their regular cycle.
