Credit Purchase Terms

Credits are a prepaid balance in Indian Rupees held in your Aetherisz wallet. They pay for metered usage such as API requests, charged according to the model and the amount of text processed.

Aetherisz does not currently offer subscriptions. Buying Credits is a one-time purchase; nothing renews automatically and you will not be charged again unless you make another purchase.

Credits are purchased through our payment provider, Cashfree Payments. The amount, any applicable taxes and the payment method are shown before you confirm. Your balance is updated only after the provider confirms the payment.

New accounts may receive promotional Credits. Promotional Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, are not refundable, and may be changed or withdrawn for future users.

Each paid request deducts its cost from your balance at the time the request completes. Your dashboard shows your balance and spending. Requests may be refused when your balance is too low.

Per-request prices are shown in the API documentation and model pages. We may change prices for future usage; changes do not affect Credits already consumed.

Credits are not money, bank deposits or a stored-value instrument. They cannot be exchanged for cash except where a refund is approved under the Credits Refund Policy or required by law, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Purchased Credits do not currently expire while your account remains active. If this changes, we will give advance notice and it will apply only prospectively.

If you close your account, contact support first about any unused purchased balance. If an account is suspended for a serious breach of the Terms, unused Credits may be withheld to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this document limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.
